PURPOSE: To provide a resin film which adheres firmly to metal substrate such as a needle for injection and shows excellent lubrication, durability and biocompatibility when used by combining a crosslinked siloxane (co)polymer and a lubricant siloxane polymer.

CONSTITUTION: A film comprising (A) a matrix comprising a crosslinked siloxane polymer or copolymer which is a reaction product of a polymer having at least two vinyl groups and another polymer having at least two hydroxyl groups and (B) a lubricant siloxane polymer distributed in the matrix, comprising a mixture of siloxane (co)polymers; B1: a siloxane (co)polymer having at least two terminal vinyl groups or pendant vinyl groups, B2: a siloxane (co)polymer having at least two terminal hydrogen atoms. or pendent hydrogen atoms, and B3: a trimethylsilylated polydialkylsiloxane or diarylsiloxane compound.
