To provide a rotor having an oscillation limit device capable of maintaining the oscillation of blades within a predetermined value when the angular velocity of the rotor is less than a predetermined value.
The articulated helicopter rotor comprises a central hub, a plurality of blades extending substantially in the radial direction from the hub and connected to the hub in the articulated manner, and a limit device for limiting the oscillation of the blades with respect to the hub. The limit device has a centrifugal pin device extending substantially in the radial direction with respect to the hub, in other words, a centrifugal pin device having a seating part and a pin assembly which face each other substantially in the radial direction. The seating part and the pin assembly are constituted relatively movable to/from the engagement position with each other, and limit the lateral operation of each blade to the hub within a predetermined value.
