Abstract:
To provide a spanner that has bolt/nut operation parts arranged at both sides of a handle bendable at a plurality of points, is capable of fastening and unfastening of bolts and nuts of three or more sizes, is compact in the whole size and excellent in resistance, and is less likely to subject to usage regulations.SOLUTION: A multi-joint spanner is composed of two members: a first link 2 and a second link 3 added between adjacent first links 2. A handle 5 having the first links 2 at opposite ends thereof is constituted by respective connection of one end of the first link 2 and one end of the second link 3 to the other end of the second link 3 and the other end of the first link 2 via a hinge pin 4. Bolt/nut operation parts 6, 7 are connected via the hinge pin 4 between left and right link plates 2a, 2a at the opposite ends of the handle 5, and the second link 3 is formed with an operation hole 9 for engagement of a bolt and a nut different in size from the bolt/nut operation parts 6, 7 at the opposite ends of the handle 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
