Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a terminal, to suppress the emission of a radio wave in an unwanted level and to precisely set an area which is a control object by providing ability for receiving the simultaneous informing channel of an original base station and ability for emitting a small zone informing channel allocated to a pseudo base station, for transmitting specified information apart from the simultaneous informing channel from the base station.
SOLUTION: When a difference exists between the level of a small zone informing channel from a transmission part 70 and the maximum reception level of a simultaneous informing channel from regular base stations, an informing channel analysis part 63 transmits the instruction of increase or decrease in the level to a communication part between reception part and transmission part 74. A transmission power control part 72 adjusts the transmission level of the small zone informing channel with the instruction. The level of the small zone informing channel of a pseudo base station device is kept equal to the largest, reception level of the in-batch notifying channel from the regular base stations in the position of a reception part 60 with a closed loop control.
