Abstract:
To eliminate failure of squareness and parallelism of an artificial flaw, prevent a corner part from being formed in a recessed curved shape, and prevent a work loss from being caused on lengthwise directional both ends.
A rotary device 13 is arranged on a tool post 12a of a lathe 12 through an insulator, and an end mill 15 is installed in this rotary device 13. A touch sensor 17 to stop feed of the end mill 15 when a notch quantity by this end mill 15 becomes a preset value and a zero position confirming tester 18 of the end mill 15, are provided.
