To provide beautiful artificial flowers smelling sweet by utilizing merits such as aromatic, germicidal and antifungal properties and appearance of Hinoki (white cedar) sheet of a waste in lumbering the Hinoki.

The Hinoki artificial flowers are obtained by moistly cutting out flower petals from Hinoki sheets obtained by slicing woody parts of the Hinoki, which sheet has 10-200 μm thickness and is soft and strong, collectively tying up the base of fibrous pieces, obtained by longitudinally tearing the Hinoki sheets, so as to provide a center of a flower, and binding the base of the twined, from petals of small size to petals of large size, multiple flower petals around the center of the flower.
