Title:
ARTIFICIAL FLOWER HOLDER FOR FLOWER STAND
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004204511
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve a problem that rainwater stays in a hole of a flower stand to become the source of mosquitoes while meeting a grave visitor's feeling of wanting to hold a memorial service for a buried person with flowers kept offered.

Artificial flowers 4 are used as the flowers to be offered in front of a grave. A flower stand 2 is decorated with the artificial flowers 4 through an artificial flower holder 3. The artificial flower holder 3 is provided with a cover 9 for closing the hole 5 of the flower stand 2; a mounting part 10 inserted in the hole 5; and a holding hole 14 into which stems 6 of the artificial flowers are inserted. The mounting part 10 is provided with elastic bodies 12 elastically deformed by being inserted into the hole 5. Since the hole 5 of the flower stand 2 is closed with a cover, there is no possibility of rainwater getting into the hole 5 of the flower stand 2 to breed mosquito larvae.
