Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a below-knee prosthesis improved to be assembled and adapted even by an engineer who is not so capable. SOLUTION: An adapter 4 can be moved and fixed on a spherical segment surface to the lower end 3 of a below-knee socket 1, a circular arc formed by two sections intersecting perpendicularly to each other of the spherical segment surface is put in an arrow surface and a frontal plane, and the center point 6 of the spherical segment surface is put in the center of the knee.
