Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an artificial marble molded product having the appearance and touch of a natural stone even from the aspect of a three-dimensional feeling.
CONSTITUTION: An artificial marble molded product is constituted so that natural stone like embossed patterns are provided on the surface of a plate-shaped member composed of artificial marble and produced by heating the plate-shaped member composed of artificial marble to 140-180°C and using a transfer mold having the reverse patterns of the natural stone like embossed patterns to transfer the embossed patterns to the surface of the plate-shaped member under pressure of 70-300kg/cm2.
