Abstract:
To manufacture a good-looking artificial nail made of polyurethane resin.
The artificial nail 10 having a first component part 12 and a second component part 14, which differ from each other in their characteristics, is manufactured by interchanging a common mold 28 and a common sheet 20 with a specific mold 30 or 32 and a discrete sheet 22 or 24 between the common sheet 20 disposed on the mold surface of the common mold 28 and the discrete sheet 22 or 24 disposed on the specific mold 30 or 32, and causing polyurethane raw materials 34, 36 to react and cure. Thus, the first component part 12 and the second component part 14 are gradually molded, and the artificial nail 10 is manufactured.
