The artificial nail service provision device 3 receives the user's fingernail image including a 10 yen coin, nail shape data designated by the user and nail design data when sent as user's information from a user's cellular phone handset 1b or the like, thereafter detects the shape of the nail part in a nail part shape-detecting part 411 based on the received fingernail image, on the one hand, fits the nail design designated by the user to the detected nail part shape in a composite nail image-creating part 412, creates a composite nail image according to the shape of the user's nail part, and creates an artificial nail based on the composite nail image by a printer 3b.
