Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an artificial peptide with a rare metal-binding capacity; and a method of recovering rare metals with few environmental loads.SOLUTION: A peptide has the following amino acid sequence (1), and the number of amino acid residues is at most 100. (1) SDPLVXRASLIGLLXLLLWXXXRX(SEQ ID NO 1). In the formula, Xdenotes a hydrophilic amino acid, Xdenotes H or A, Xdenotes R or K; Xdenotes M or an aliphatic amino acid, Xdenotes D or E, and Xdenotes an arbitrary amino acid.
