Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide an artificial stone with excellent brightness. CONSTITUTION:The artificial stone is prepared by mixing a synthetic resin, an inorganic and/or organic filler, and a colored flake prepared by applying a pigment on the surface of a translucent flake such as mica fragments. Thus, products with a high light reflectance and excellent brightness can be obtained in a variety of color tones by changing the kind of the pigment used in the colored flake.
