Abstract:
To provide compounds and compositions effective for prevention and/or therapy of various diseases exhibiting medicinal effects of nicotine, having beneficial effects to CNSnAChR but accompanying no associated action to peripheral nAChR.
Provided are vinylazacycloalkane compounds of formula (I) (wherein, R1 is H, an alkyl group or the like; X is C or the like; R3 is H or a methyl group; and m and n are each an integer of 1, 2, 3 or the like), and isomers, mixtures, optical isomers, diastereomers, tautomers and pharmaceutically permissible salts thereof.
