Title:
ASEISMIC BASE ISOLATION METHOD AND SEISMIC ISOLATOR FOR STRUCTURE AND BOLT FIXING LAMINATED RUBBER USED AT SEISMIC ISOLATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016044724
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tension force from being transmitted to aseismic base isolation laminated rubber by a simple structure.SOLUTION: There are provided a cylindrical laminated rubber 32 in which an inner steel pipe 30, a thin-wall cylindrical rubber sheet 3202 and a thin-wall steel pipe 3204 are alternatively laminated and an outer steel pipe 34 attached to an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical laminated rubber 32. An inner space of the inner steel pipe 30 is provided with a bolt fixing laminated rubber 20 having a bolt insertion hole 26 to cause a shant part of an anchor bolt 24 to be passed through it. Under a state in which a lower flange plate 16 is attached to a lower structure 12 through the anchor bolt 24, the outer steel pipe 34 is connected in such a way that it may be integrally displaced in respect to a direction where it is moved away from the lower structure 12 in respect to the lower flange plate 16. The inner steel pipe 30 is connected in such a way that it may not be displaced in a direction perpendicular to the anchor bolt 24 and the cylindrical laminated rubber 32 can be sheared and deformed in its axial direction. There is provided a restricting means 22 for restricting an upper limit value of an amount of upward deformation of the cylindrical laminated rubber 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
