Abstract:

To provide an aseismic corrosion-proofing, and water-proofing construction method for reforming a concrete structure capable of achieving aseismic performance by combination of elastic material of FRP lining with gas permeability of surface treatment agent, easiness of maintenance and control by color change of a corrosion-proofing layer, and easiness of reuse of the structure when decomposed.

Gas permeably putty is used for filling water pits in the surface of concrete to conduct surface treatment without generating air pits, synthetic resin fibers of a favorable elongation ratio are used for FRP lining reinforcement fibers, and resin of a favorable elongation ratio is also used for binder resin to provide a crack-following, corrosion-proofing, and water-proofing lining. In addition, by using similar resin for base top coat, complete FRP lining corrosion-proofing and water-proofing performance without generating interlayer removal can be provided.
