Abstract:
To provide a sterilization drying device and a sterilization drying method, capable of not only drying a drying object at a low temperature but also sterilizing the same.SOLUTION: The sterilization drying device comprises a drying chamber 2 that stores a drying object, an ultraviolet sterilization lamp 5 disposed in the drying chamber 2, a dehumidifier 3 for drying a drying object present in the drying chamber 2 at a temperature in a range of 5 to 40°C by sucking air in the drying chamber 2 through a suction duct 7, dehumidifying the air, and returning the air to the drying chamber 2 through an exhaust duct 8, and a hot air generator 4 that increases the temperature in the drying chamber 2 up to 80 to 85°C to heat a drying object for a prescribed period of time, subsequent to finishing the drying of the drying object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
