Abstract:
Provided are an aseptic filling system and an aseptic filling method with which simplification of apparatus configuration, reduction of apparatus cost, and miniaturization of the system as a whole can be achieved while enhancing the maintenance of an aseptic state of a container, in addition to ensuring the freedom of design of the environment around a container conveyance path. An aseptic filling system (10) that fills a sterilized container with sterilized liquid contents under an aseptic environment includes: a sterilization processing machine (40) provided to blow a sterilizing agent onto a container (C) or a preform on the upstream side of a container release point (RP) of a blow molding turret (23); and, in a container conveyance path (25), an aseptic preservation machine (60) that is arranged along the container conveyance path (25) and that has a gas blowing surface (60a) for blowing aseptic gas toward a mouth part of the container (C) being conveyed on the container conveyance path (25).
