To solve the problem that a crucible needs to be totally replaced for exhaustion of only a portion thereof such that only the lower part of a crucible where melting ashes are stored is exhausted, and also to provide a simple manufacturing method of a large-scale crucible.
A horizontal two-segment crucible 32 is used instead of conventional one-segment crucibles or divided one-segment crucibles. Consequently, waste that a crucible needs to be totally replaced for exhaustion of only a portion thereof where melting ashes are stored is exhausted can be eliminated. In addition, many problems such as deformation of a crucible due to its weight, and increase in a manufacturing cost when manufacturing a large-scale crucible is solved, and thereby a large-scale crucible is easily manufactured.
