To provide a cremains-sealing and packaging apparatus which enables a long-period safe preservation of cremains, by tightly sealing cremains broken into pieces in a crematory through fully-automated process so that the cremains stay free from decomposition.
The cremains-sealing and packaging apparatus includes: a rotary table with a large number of fixing holes formed at equal intervals therein; a container supplying section which fixes synthetic resin containers to a point at which the fixing holes stop along the fixing holes of the table; a cremains supplying section which supplies cremains in the state of micro powder into the interior of the synthetic resin containers; a brush operation section that removes cremains of micro powder state attached to the edge part of the synthetic resin container; a lid supplying section which fixes a synthetic resin lid onto the upper end of the synthetic resin container; a lid coupling section that tightly fixes and attaches the synthetic resin lid fixed on the upper end of the synthetic resin container; a heat fusion section that heat-seals the synthetic resin lid so that it is integrally heat-sealed to the synthetic resin container for sealing; and a container discharging section which sucks the sealed synthetic resin lid by vacuum and lifting the lid for the container to be discharged outside.
