Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ashless coal production device capable of increasing an extraction ratio and improving the yield of ashless coal, and a method for producing ashless coal.SOLUTION: The ashless coal production device 1 comprises: a preheater 4 of heating a solvent; an extraction tank 6 of extracting a coal component soluble in a solvent made of slurry obtained by mixing coal and a solvent heated by the preheater 4; a feed tube 10 passing through the preheater 4, and in which one end is connected to the extraction tank 6; a lock hopper 5 (coal feeding means) connected to the feed tube 10 further towards the downstream side than the preheater 4, pressurizing the feed part 17 to the feed tube 10 in such a manner that the solvent is not refluxed and feeding the coal into the feed tube 10; a gravitational sedimentation tank 7 (solid-liquid separator) of separating a coal component-containing solution part from the slurry in which the coal component is extracted in the extraction tank 6; and a solvent separator 8 of evaporating and separating the solvent from the solution part separated in the gravitational sedimentation tank 7 to obtain ashless coal.
