To provide an aspergillus fermentation product, an aspergillus fermentation product raw material of fine algae, a production method for an aspergillus fermentation product, a production method for a fermentation food product, a production method for amazake, and an enzyme production promotor.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for acquiring an aspergillus fermentation product of fine algae, comprising: a step of steaming cereals, and mixing aspergillus oryzae with bodies of fine algae for preparing a mixture of the bodies of fine algae and the aspergillus oryzae; a mixing step of coating the mixture of the bodies of fine algae and aspergillus oryzae obtained in the step to steamed cereals for acquiring an aspergillus fermentation product raw material; and a fermentation step of fermenting the aspergillus fermentation product raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
