Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to measure the amount of asphalt and mix the asphalt with aggregates in an automatic mode.
CONSTITUTION: This device 1 is provided with a mixing vessel 51, a melting tank 31, a melting means 3, a suction and discharge means 4 and a mixing means 5. The melting means 3 melts the asphalt housed in the melting tank 31 while the suction and discharge means 4 sucks up a specified amount of asphalt after it is melted in the melting tank 31 and discharges the asphalt to the mixing vessel 51. The mixing means 5 mixes the aggregates introduced into the mixing vessel 51 with the asphalt discharged from the suction and discharge means 4.
