Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce a construction time by mixing asphalt emulsion, aggregates, Portland cement, special speed hardening agent, and fibers.

CONSTITUTION: Powdery special speed hardening agent is composed of calcium- alminate fused material of a composition comprising CaO by 37-43wt.%, S03 by 35-41wt.%, Al2O3) by 15-21wt.%, and SiO2 0--4.0wt.%, and modified oil. Asphalt emulsion by 15-20wt.%, aggregates by 60-85wt.%, Portland cement 5-12wt.%, special speed hardening agent l-5wt.%, and fibers 0-4wt.% are mixed to compose an asphalt-based floor material composite.
