Abstract:
To provide an asphalt mixture that contains a polyamide resin with excellent crack resistance, and improves the adhesiveness of asphalt mortar to coarse aggregate and suppresses cracking due to punching shear, and also excels in rutting resistance.SOLUTION: An asphalt mixture includes a polyamide resin, aggregate, and asphalt. The polyamide resin is a condensate of a carboxylic acid component and an amine component including an aliphatic diamine and an aromatic diamine. The polyamide resin has a softening point of 60°C or higher and 150°C or lower. The polyamide resin has a melt viscosity of 500 mPa s or more and 1,800 mPa s or less at 180°C. In the amine component, the contents of the aliphatic diamine and the aromatic diamine are within predetermined ranges, respectively. The content of the polyamide resin is within a predetermined range relative to the total amount of the polyamide resin and the asphalt.SELECTED DRAWING: None
