Abstract:
To provide an asphalt modifier which can make an asphalt mixture highly functional.SOLUTION: An asphalt modifier 1, which modifies asphalt, comprises: an asphalt modifier composition 3; and a covering material 4 which covers the modifier composition 3 and which includes a styrene-based elastomer. The modifier composition 3 and the covering material 4 contain a styrene-based elastomer. The asphalt modifier 1 has a pillow-like shape which stores the modifier composition 3 in the covering material 4.
