To provide an asphalt pavement waste material recycling apparatus capable of collecting aggregate, asphalt and fine granules from asphalt by pressurized hot water without performing machine crushing and classification as preliminary treatment, and to provide a method for manufacturing aggregate, asphalt and fine granules using the asphalt pavement waste material as a raw material.
The asphalt pavement waste material recycling apparatus comprises a primary separator 9 separating the asphalt pavement waste material 1 into aggregate and asphalt including fine granules by pressurized hot water; a primary sorter 10 sorting the aggregate and asphalt including fine granules separated by the primary separator 9; a secondary separator 16 separating the asphalt including fine granules sorted by the primary sorter 10, into asphalt and fine granules by pressurized hot water; and secondary sorter 17 sorting the asphalt and fine granules separated by the secondary separator 16.
