PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt workability improver which improves workability by being added to asphalt to soften it and, even when the asphalt is stored at elevated temperature, causes little deterioration of a softening effect.SOLUTION: An asphalt workability improver is a compound represented by formula (1) in the figure.
