Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for assaying the living property of a transplantation internal organ within a short time allowed before the transplantation by so picking tissue sample from the organ as not to cause a trouble in the transplantation.
CONSTITUTION: A tissue sample is sucked and picked by utilizing a negative pressure in a hollow needle by a biopsy, and cleaned, and the cell sample is brought into contact with a radiolabeled substrate in liquid phase, the extract of supernatant or sediment is analyzed by thin-layer chromatography, and its radioactivity is measured by autoradiography.
