To surely grasp the correct whole voltage and an individual voltage state while making the capacitance of a charge relay capacitor necessary minimum, making the voltage measurement time short, and reducing delay affection against the dynamic voltage monitoring due to fluctuation of auxiliary machine of vehicle load.
By using a microcomputer, the on timing of high voltage side SW (switch) is controlled at the starting time of a vehicle with saturation estimated time and a time shorter than the saturation estimation time of the charge relay capacitor, and the correction coefficient k1 to kn are obtained from the voltage of the capacitor member detected respective detection. By using the obtained coefficients k1 to kn, the voltage corresponding to the time shorter than the saturation estimated time is operated. The voltages of the plurality of capacitor members are estimated in a time shorter than the saturation estimated time of the charge relay capacitor after the correction coefficients k1 to kn are obtained.
