PURPOSE: To permit to have the merits of solid tyre and pneumatic tyre and improve the productivity of the assembled body by a method wherein the assembled body of tyre and rim is manufactured by a rotary forming method employing the rim of synthetic resin, manufactured beforehand, as a part of a mold.

CONSTITUTION: The rim 9 of synthetic resin, formed integrally with an arm 7 and a boss 8, is molded beforehand by injection forming under a condition equipped with a valve 14. The rim 9 is utilized as a member of the inner peripheral part of a mold 15 while the mold 15 is set to a bi-axial rotary forming machine. Next, liquidous non-expandable elastic material is injected into the speed of cavity and a tread 3 is formed by vertical direction rotation, thereafter, the material is injected into the mold to form an annular rim 5 simultaneously by the bi-axial rotation. Subsequently, heated air is sealed into the tyre through the valve 14 and the after-curing of the tyre is finished, whereby the rim 9 bites into the whole periphery of the tyre like a comb. The assembled body is removed from the mold 15, thereafter, an agent for preventing the puncture of the tyre is poured into the tyre through the valve 14 to form the sealing property of the inside wall surface of the tyre.
