Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely heat a blowby gas passage so that its freeze is surely prevented.
CONSTITUTION: A supercharger 9 and a throttle valve are provided in the halfway of an intake pipe 3 distant from an engine main unit 1. A crank chamber 1a communicates with a throttle valve upstream part of the intake pipe 3 by a blowby gas pipe 21. A throttle body cooling pipe 42 for connecting a radiator 32 to a throttle body 5 and a heat insulating pipe 4 for connecting the throttle body 5 to the inside of the engine main unit 1 are provided. The blowby gas pipe 21 is covered with the heat insulating pipe 43. Cooling water passes through the throttle body cooling pipe 42 from the radiator 32 to flow in the heat insulating pipe 43, and by the cooling water passing through the heat insulating pipe 43, the blowby gas pipe 21 is heated. The heat insulating pipe 43 can be constituted in a length about connecting the throttle body 5 to the engine main unit 1, to suppress worsening heating performance of cooling water due to remarkably lengthening the pipe.
