Abstract:
PURPOSE:To ensure that various kinds of functions can be operated by a single handle by a method wherein inner member valve holes are set larger than outer member valve holes as measured in the direction of movement, with the inside distance between a pair of outer member valve holes taken as a starting point. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylinder 1 is provided with desired stand pipes 2-9, 10, 11. The stand pipes 10 and 11 each serve for inflow or outflow of a fluid; the change-over is effected by a four-way valve. An inner pipe 13 is formed with long elliptical holes 14, 14' and holes similar to those of the outer cylinder 1, in correspondence with the holes of the outer cylinder 1. The inner pipe 13 is partitioned by a partition member 15, and accurately mated with the outer cylinder 1; a shaft 16 is provided on one side, and a handle 17 and a pointer 18 are fixed to the shaft 16. The outer cylinder 1 is stopped up with a cap 19, to which is glued an indication plate 20 indicating functions of the stand pipes. The pointer of the handle 17 is set on the plate 20 according to the function desired, and the four-way valve is operated to satisfy each function.
