Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a seal device to an outer ring of a vehicle bearing device in a regular posture.SOLUTION: An assembling device 60 comprises a chucking mechanism 62 which sandwiches an annular seal device 20 from separated two points at an equal interval in a circumferential direction with a center of the annular seal device as a reference, and transfers the seal device 20 which is held by being sandwiched to an assembling position at an outer ring. The chucking mechanism 62 has: chuck parts 63, 64 which sandwich the radial outside of an outside circular part 42 of a core metal 21 toward a center being a plate thickness orthogonal direction; and a pressing part 70 which pressure-inserts and fits a cylindrical part of the core metal 21 into an end internal periphery of the outer ring by pressing the outside circular part 42 to a plate thickness direction with respect to the outer ring.
