To stably assemble a frame onto an assembling frame without reversing the frame arranged once by mutually connecting a front and a rear follower plate with a connector in a state where the first and second shock absorbers are in compression.
The rubber pad 12a of the first shock absorber 12 and a front follower plate 14 are arranged in a space, and moved right backward by plungedly actuating a pressing device 5. A pressure contact state between the plate-shaped body of the rubber pad 12a and a long pressing member 4 is thereby released, and the long pressing member 4 can be drawn out of a fitting hole. Next, the pressing device 5 is advanced left again to severally elastically equally compress the first shock absorber 12 between the front follower plate 14 and the partition part 11c of a frame 11 and the second shock absorber 13 between the rear follower plate 15 and the partition part 11c of the frame 11. In this state, a fixing bolt is inserted through the rear follower plate 15, the partition part 11c and each of shock absorbers 12, 13, and screwed into the front follower plate 14 to fix both the shock absorbers 12, 13 in a state where an initial compression load is acting on them.
