PURPOSE: To enable a computer control and to automate the operation of material handling of dies by providing an assembling means of a forming die, disassembling means of the same and transporting means of disassembled die, for example.
CONSTITUTION: For an assembly operation, the system is provided with transporting machines 4, 5 for transporting a die for example from a storage equipment 1 to an assembling machine 2 for mounting, and with the assembling machine 2 for dies, etc.; and thereby automatization equipment is obtained for the material handling of dies in the assembly operation. For a disassembly operation, the system is provided with the transporting machines 4, 5 for transporting the dies, etc., between processes for mounting and with a disassembling equipment 3 composed of devices for performing each process. In addition, in order to store the dies after disassembly, backers and die rings in the prescribed place in the storage equipment 1, the system is provided with the equipment 4, 5 for transporting tools such as dies between the disassembly equipment 3 and the storage equipment 1; and thereby automatization equipment is obtained for the material handling of dies in the disassembly operation. Since the operations as above can be controlled by a computer and automatized, danger in the operations is reduced.
