To provide an assembling and fixing method of a driving cam member capable of achieving automation by mechanically and continuously press-fitting a fixing pin to an outer peripheral hole of a driving cam member and inner peripheral holes of a driving shaft.
The assembling and fixing device is provided with a positioning and fixing mechanism 41 for sandwiching and fixing the driving cam member 15 by two sandwiching members 41b and 41c through a pair of cutout surfaces 19a, a rotation driving mechanism for positioning the outer peripheral hole 19b of the driving cam member and the inner peripheral hole 13a of the driving shaft 13 by rotating the driving shaft 13, a press-fitting tool 43 for press-fitting the fixing pin 12 from the outer peripheral hole to the inner peripheral hole in accordance with lowering movement of a press machine 42, and a caulking punch 44 for caulking a hole edge part of the outer peripheral hole simultaneously with press-fitting of the fixing pin in accordance with further lowering movement of the press machine.
