PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling jig and an assembling method of a tapered roller bearing, with which the tapered roller bearing can be assembled in a state that a small flange part of an inner ring is directed to a lower side in a vertical direction, even when using a cage having a plurality of segments, and to provide an inner ring assembly.SOLUTION: An assembling jig 4 includes: a dummy outer ring 6 on which a tapered roller 2 is mounted; an inner ring placing member 7 which maintains an inner ring 1 in a state that a small flange part of the inner ring is directed to a lower side in a vertical direction; an inner ring holding member 8 which holds an end of the inner ring 1 at a large-diameter side; and a segment pressing member 9. The segment pressing member 9 has a plurality of comb-shaped members 91, and accommodates the tapered roller 2 at a notch of each comb-shaped member 91. Each comb-shaped member 91 is fastened to the inner ring holding member 8 by using a bolt, a column part of a segment 31 which holds the tapered roller 2 is pressed to a side of the inner ring 1 by a segment engagement part 95 of each comb-shaped member 91, and the tapered roller 2 is located on an outer peripheral conical raceway surface 11 of the inner ring 1.
