PURPOSE: To unnecessitate readjustment work for securing an insulating distance, by providing the upper section and the lower section of a field core with insulators for winding coils.
CONSTITUTION: Insulators 13, 14 are fixed on a core 2 by a jig, and after that, coils 1 are wound up by an automatic machine. The coil terminals 3 of the coils 1 are inserted fit into eight places on stud sections 15. The field magnet is fixed by pressing in a bracket 5, and the coil ends 3 fixed temporarily on the field magnet are taken out of the stud sections 15, and wires are connected to the power source terminal 11 and the terminal 12 of brush retainers 7. In this case, the places of the coil terminals 3 are constant, and so the terminals 3 can be automatically taken out, led, and connected by the machines of a robot and the like.
