Abstract:
TECHNICAL PROBLEM: To provide an assembly method capable of accurately and simply performing a center alignment of a permanent magnet on an axial line of a crank shaft even by an unskilled worker in a crank member.SOLUTION: A jig a and a jib b are provided, and the jig a and the jig b are composed of a two-splitting structure. Between the jig a and the jig b, the rotation shaft 21 of a crank member 20 is sandwiched and fixed between V grooves 5 and 13 in the jig a and the jig b, and the caulking of a mount plate 27 is performed by aligning the center of the permanent magnet 34 on the axial line of a crank shaft 21. By so doing, the center of the crank shaft 21 and the center of the permanent magnet 27 are fixed by the jig a and the jig b, and therefore, the mount plate 27 can be accurately caulked and assembled on a caulking axis 25 of an upper stage crank plate 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
