A plurality of disks 32 are formed with at least one flow path 38 extending between a peripheral edge part 36 and a cavity central part 34. Each path 38 has an inlet part 40, an outlet part 42 and an intermediate part 44 extending between these inlet part 40 and outlet part 42. This path 38 divides the disks 32 into at least a first piece part and a second piece part, and each disk 32 also includes a first bridge part 102 extending between the first piece part and the second piece part. The disks 32 are laminated in the axial direction, and a laminated disk assembly is formed by fixing mutual these laminated disks 32, and the first bridge part of each disk in this laminated disk assembly is removed.
