Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of a planetary roller type transmission capable of significantly reducing uneven rotation of an output shaft.SOLUTION: Provided is an assembling method of a planetary roller type transmission 10 including a plurality of planetary rollers 40 rollably kept into contact with both of an input shaft 46 and a fixed ring 44, and an output shaft 48 supported by a housing 30 and rotated with the planetary rollers 40. An assembling device 50 includes an adjustment device 55 capable of adjusting positions of the fixed ring 44 and the housing 30, and a measurement device 63 for measuring the uneven rotation of the output shaft 48. In an assembling process, the fixed ring 44 and the housing 30 are fixed to each other at a position to minimize the uneven rotation of the output shaft 48.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
