Abstract:
To exactly manage a clearance in an axial direction between a sensor and a detected body, in an axial gap type rolling bearing device.SOLUTION: In a method, a rolling bearing device 10 having a sensor 34 which is arranged while separating from a reference face 30 facing an axial direction formed at an inner ring 21 by a prescribed distance at one side in the axial direction, and a magnetization ring 35 having a prescribed clearance in the axial direction between the sensor 34 and itself, and fit and attached to the outer ring 22 so as to oppose the outer ring is assembled by using a jig. By immovably constraining the outer ring 22 with respect to the axial direction, and by pressing the inner ring 21 to one side in the axial direction, an axial clearance between each of the outer ring 22 and the inner ring 21, and, balls 23 is brought into a zero state, and by pressing the magnetization ring 35 toward the other side in the axial direction by using the reference face 30 as a reference for a pressing terminal end, the magnetization ring 35 is fit to the inner ring 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
