Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating shaft fastening structure which can reduce wobbling while securing easy assembling performance.SOLUTION: A rotating shaft fastening structure has a tapered part 32 which is contracted in a diameter toward a screw part 30 arranged at one end part 28, and also has a penetration hole 36 which is constituted of a tapered internal peripheral face 34 which can be externally fit to the tapered part 32 of a metal-made stepped bolt 18 having a hanging flange part 26 at the other end face 35. A diameter-contracted side annular end face 38 has a bush 20 having an annular protrusion 40, and a metal-made nut 22 in which a metal-made nut seat face 23 is screwed to the screw part 30, a material of the bush 20 is formed of a material softer than the metal-made nut 22, the annular protrusion 40 is crushed at the fastening of the metal-made nut 22, a crushed thickness part is formed, and the other frame 16 in a state that the bush 20 is inserted into an opening 25 is externally fit in a state that the metal-made stepped bolt 18 is inserted into an opening 24 of one frame 14, and relatively rotatably fastened by using the metal-made nut 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
