Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of a sealed rolling bearing which can assemble the sealed rolling bearing by using a bearing suspension jig while preventing the deformation and breakage of a contact-type seal body, and an assembling jig.SOLUTION: An assembling jig 30 of a sealed four-row conical roller bearing 1 comprises: a large-diameter circular plate part 31 having a first axial side face 31a on which a seal case 14 and an oil seal 15 are placed; a middle-diameter circuit plate part 32 which protrudes to an axial direction from the large-diameter circular plate part 31 in a circular columnar shape, and has a first external peripheral face 32a which is substantially the same with a diameter of an internal peripheral face of a seal lip part 21, and a second axial side face 32b on which an axial end face of a double-row inner ring 4 is placed; a small-diameter circuit plate part 33 which protrudes to the axial direction from the middle-diameter plate part 32 in a circular columnar shape, and has a second external peripheral face 33a which is substantially the same with a diameter of an internal peripheral face of the double-row inner ring 4; and a recess 34 which is formed so as to be recessed to a plate thickness direction from the small-diameter circuit plate part 33 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
