Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly tool for a support disk of an electric motor rotor in which deviation and concentricity can be improved at the same time.
SOLUTION: A set of assembly tool 20 for fixing a support disk 11 supporting an optical disk and driven by a rotor 12 to the rotor 12 and for improving rotational deviation and concentricity of the support disk 11 with respect to the rotation axis of the rotor 12. The set of assembly tool 20 has an action axis tool 21 and an adjusting axis tool 22. The action axis tool 21 has a hollow portion for housing the support disk 11, and a plate type member having the same center hole and surface as those of the optical disk, holds the support disk 11, and aligns the action axis of the support disk 11 with respect to geometrical axis line of the center hole. The adjusting axis tool 22 is engaged with the action axis tool 21, houses the rotor 12, interconnected with the support disk 11, thereby aligning the geometrical axis line of the adjusting axis tool 22 with the rotation axis of the rotor 12.
