To provide an assembling structure which realizes the simplification of assembling work when integrally assembling a turbocharger housing and piping.
A bent part 65 abutted on a flange part 92 of an exhaust pipe 9 is formed in an outside housing 6 of a turbine housing 23. A locking part 66 is formed in an inner peripheral end of the bent part 65. A locking groove 54b allowing the locking part 66 to be locked thereto is formed in an outer peripheral surface of an inside housing 5 of the turbine housing 23. The bent part 65 of the outside housing 6 clamped on the flange part 92 of the exhaust pipe 9 from the outer peripheral side by a clamp device 7 with the inside housing 5 and outside housing 6 assembled by inserting the locking part 66 into the locking groove 54b. The bent part 65 is elastically deformed to be pressed to the flange part 92 to integrally assemble the inside housing 5, outside housing 6 and exhaust pipe 9 while sealing respective parts without welding.
