In this assembling structure of two components, an elastically deformable pawl 30 is provided in a first component 10, and a pawl receiving hole 40 is formed at a second component 20. By making the pawl 30 engaged with the pawl receiving hole 40, the first component 10 is assembled with the second component 20. The pawl 30 comprises a plate-shaped part 31 extending from the first component 10 toward the second component 20, a first hook 32 provided at one thickness-ward side face 31a of the plate-shaped part 31, and a second hook 33 provided at the other thickness-direction side face 31b of the plate-shaped part 31. The first hook 31 is provided at or near one end in the width direction of the plate-shaped part 31, and the second hook 33 is provided at or near the other end in the width direction of the plate-shaped part 31.
