Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate removal and mounting of a blanket on a blanket cylinder by an assembly wherein the blanket cylinder is provided with at least two roller-like rotating bodies and a cylindrical blanket is passed over on these rotating bodies and one roller-like rotating body is movable so as to change the gaps between two or more roller-like rotating bodies.
CONSTITUTION: An assembly 1 is an assembly of a blanket 30 which receives once printing lines of a printing plate with a specified pattern and transfers the received printing lines to a material to be printed and at least two blanket cylinder. As the blanket cylinder, at least two, particularly 2-5 roller-like rotating bodies, e.g. two roller-like rotating bodies 21 and 22 are provided. At least one rotating body out of at least two roller-like rotation bodies 21 and 22 is movably arranged so as to change the gap between at least two roller-like rotating bodies 21 and 22. In addition, a seamless cylindrical blanket 30 is passed over on two roller-like rotating bodies 21 and 22 constituting the blanket cylinder.
