To enable carbon fiber bundles to be disposed at a prescribed interval in a frame by a method wherein a large number of carbon long fibers prescribed in volume resistivity are bound together with adhesive agent into carbon fiber bundles, and the carbon fiber bundles are fixed to a flexible support in parallel at a certain interval.
A carbon fiber bundle 2 is made of carbon long fibers whose volume resistivity ranges from 10-4 to 104Ω.cm. An assembly of carbon fiber bundles made of carbon fibers smaller than the above carbon fibers in volume resistivity is not excellent in radio wave absorbent properties. Carbon fibers larger than 10-4 to 104Ω.cm in volume resistivity are unstable and fragile. Epoxy resin is used as adhesive agent, and it is preferable that the carbon fiber bundle is formed like a pole 0.8 to 20mm2 in sectional area. The carbon fiber bundles 2 are tied down with string 6 like a screen. Therefore, carbon fiber bundles can be arranged in a frame at a prescribed interval.
